Northwest Systems Employee Web Access Agreement

Please read this Access Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully before accessing Northwest Passage, Ltd. (NWP/NWCGC)/Northwest Counseling and Guidance Clinic's information through the NWP/NWCGC/NWCGC Website or Web connection to server data (the “Site”).  This Agreement is entered into between NWP/NWCGC/NWCGC and the Employee who accesses or uses the Site.  As a condition to accessing the Site, the Employee agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement and all applicable regulations described in NWP/NWCGC/NWCGC's Policy and Procedure manuals.  Use of or access to the Site shall constitute acceptance of and agreement to be bound by these terms.  If the Employee does not wish to be bound by these terms, select the Exit button.


This is a World Wide Web site on the Internet that is designed to create an online community.  It is owned and operated by NWP/NWCGC/NWCGC.  It contains or may contain information, communications, opinions, text, graphics, links, electronic art, animations, audio, video, software, photos, music, sounds and other material and data (collectively, "Content") formatted, organized and collected in a variety of forms that are generally accessible to Employees, including connections to server data, databases, and interactive areas that may or may not be modified by Employees.


The content within the Site may include technical or other inaccuracies or typographical errors.  Under no circumstances shall NWP/NWCGC/NWCGC be liable to the Employee or third-party working with said Employee for any decision made or action taken by the Employee in reliance on the Content.  Changes are periodically added; these changes will be incorporated in the Content.  NWP/NWCGC/NWCGC may make changes in the Content at any time and from time to time.  Employees are encouraged to check the site frequently for such changes.


Employee Conduct

The Employee agrees to access and use the Site only for lawful purposes and employ reasonable security practices (e.g., changing protected passwords frequently, lock unattended terminals, restrict viewer audiences to authorized audiences only when viewing confidential data, guarantee personal computer security etc.), as needed.  The Employee is solely responsible for the knowledge of , and adherence to any and all laws, statutes, rules and regulations, pertaining to (i) the Employee's use of the Site, including any interactive area, (ii) the use of any networks or other services connected to the Site, and (iii) the communications means by which the Employee connects their modem, computer, or other equipment to the Site.

By accessing the Site the Employee agrees that they will not:

  • Restrict or inhibit any other Employees from using and enjoying the interactive features;
  • Post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, profane, or indecent information of any kind, including without limitation any transmissions constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any local, state, national, or international law;
  • Post or transmit any information, software, or other material which violates or infringes in the rights of others, including material which is an invasion of privacy or publicity rights or which is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary right, or derivative works with respect thereto, without first obtaining permission from the owner or right holder.
  • Post or transmit any information, software or other material which contains a virus or other harmful component;
  • Post or transmit or in any way exploit any information, software or other material for commercial purposes or which contains advertising;
  • Alter, damage or delete any Content or other communications that is not their own Content or to otherwise interfere with the ability of others to access the Site;
  • Disrupt the normal flow of communication;
  • Claim a relationship with or to speak for any business, association, institution or other organization for which they are not authorized to claim such a relationship;
  • Violate any operating rule, policy or guideline of their Internet access provider or online service;
  • Participate in the unauthorized use or disclosure by any party of any information accessed for any purpose;
  • Claim illicit ownership rights to NWP/NWCGC applications, Content, code, or structural framework of any NWP/NWCGC database accessed from the Site.

Final Statement

Checking the "I accept" box and selecting the "Continue" button binds the Employee to the Web Access Agreement.
