Making a Referral...
Northwest Passage accepts referrals from parents, social service personnel, community service providers (therapists, psychiatrists),
and independent educational consultants.
Because each child is unique and the goals and motivations for seeking treatment services are dynamic, each referral involves a screening
process where the referring party can provide information about the child in need of services. This will help us determine the most appropriate
options to meet your needs. Information that will be helpful during this process includes general demographics (age, date of birth, etc.)
and a history of the child’s previous services, needs, and reasons for seeking services.
